Petrochemical Special Transformer
1. Scope of application
In addition to having all the characteristics of general fully sealed transformers, petrochemical special transformers have high and low voltage bushings and busbars protected by sealed boxes. The connecting parts are equipped with interfaces that users can choose cable or insulated busbar introduction. It is especially suitable for environments with serious air pollution or where high and low voltage connecting wires are prone to corrosion.
Petrochemical transformers have multi-functional and comprehensive protection and control such as over-temperature protection, over-voltage protection, gas relay protection and fast-acting oil pressure protection to ensure the safe operation of the transformer and extend its service life. It is generally installed in a power distribution room or on a ground platform for lighting or power supply.

3. Operation environment
1) Altitude: ≤1000 meters.
2) Ambient temperature: Maximum +40ºC, Minimum -40ºC.
3) Max outdoor wind speed: ≤45m/s.
4) Max Ground ramp degree: ≤3°.
5) Seismic level: ≤3m/s2 at horizontal direction and ≤1.5m/s2 at vertical direction.
6) Installation environment: No obvious and heavy pollution, no explosive and corrosive gas and dust, with good air ventilation and no severe vibration and shock.

4. Product advantages
1) Structures: The internal structures such as the transformer core, coils, insulation structure, and components such as the oil tank and body are the same as those of conventional transformers.
2) Outer cover: Welded from high-quality steel, the surface has been rust-removed, phosphated and sprayed with anti-corrosion paint, which can effectively prevent corrosion from oil stains and chemical substances.
3) Strong anti-fouling ability: The live parts of high and low voltage bushings are sealed with protective cover structures. The closed inlet and outlet method has high sealing performance, ensuring safe and reliable operation of the transformer under special environmental conditions.
4) Standards: The technical standards of transformers are according to GB1094, GB6451, and IEC60076.
