High Temperature Resistant High Overload Oil Immersed Transformer
1. Scope of application
High temperature resistant high overload oil immersed transformer is a specially designed power equipment. By using high temperature resistant insulating oil (such as silicone oil or synthetic ester oil) and high temperature resistant materials (such as polyimide, Nomex paper), it can operate stably for a long time at an ambient temperature above 120℃. It is used in industrial industries such as steel, coal, chemical, papermaking and metallurgy, as well as supporting photovoltaic inverters and wind power converters. It is suitable for industries with high ambient temperature or long-term high load operation, outdoor high temperature high humidity environments such as desert power stations and tropical areas. With its unique high temperature resistant design, it ensures the stability and safety of power transmission, injects strong power into the operation of large equipment, effectively reduces energy consumption and improves production efficiency.

GB/T1094.1-5 GB/T1094.7 JB/T10088 GB/T6451
GB/T7595 JB/T3837 GB20052 IEC60076
3. Operation environment
1) Altitude: ≤1000 meters.
2) Ambient temperature: Maximum +40oC, Minimum -40oC.
3) Max outdoor wind speed: ≤45m/s.
4) Max Ground ramp degree: ≤3°.
5) Seismic level: ≤3m/s2 at horizontal direction and ≤1.5m/s2 at vertical direction.
6) Installation environment: No obvious and heavy pollution, no explosive and corrosive gas and dust, with good air ventilation and no severe vibration and shock.
7) If the application environment is different from the above standard conditions, please contact for customized designs.
4. Product advantages
1) Strong overload resistance: Based on the rated temperature rise, the overload capacity that our products can withstand is better than the high overload curve standard, and does not affect the service life of the transformer.
2) Excellent heat resistance: It uses high temperature resistant winding materials with insulation higher than Class A, has a higher temperature rise limit and excellent heat resistance.
3) Energy efficiency optimization: Maintain low loss under high temperature load (no-load loss is 15%-20% lower than that of traditional transformers).
4) Long service life: High temperature resistant materials slow down insulation aging, and the design life can reach more than 30 years.
