1. Product Overview
The Charging Pile Box Transformer is a compact, intelligent power conversion solution designed specifically for electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. Integrating high-voltage input, DC/AC conversion, and safety protection, this system ensures efficient, stable, and safe energy delivery for fast-charging applications. Optimized for public charging stations, commercial buildings, and residential areas, it supports seamless integration with renewable energy sources and smart grid systems.

2. Product Features
1) Modular Design: Factory-prefabricated in standardized enclosures (20/40ft containers or standalone cabinets) for rapid deployment and scalability.
2) Multi-Stage Protection: Overload, short-circuit, over-temperature, and residual current protection to meet GB/T 18487.1-2015 safety standards.
3) Smart Monitoring: Embedded IoT sensors for real-time tracking of voltage,current, temperature, and energy flow, compatible with cloud-based management platforms.
4) Based on the conventional distribution box transformer, a microcomputer type high frequency DC screen is added.

1) Altitude: ≤1000 meters.
2) Ambient temperature: Maximum +40oC, Minimum -25oC.
3) Relative humidity: ≤90% (+25 oC).
4) Max. Outdoor wind speed 35m/s;
5) Max Ground ramp degree: ≤3°.
6) Seismic level: ≤0.3m/s2 at horizontal direction and ≤0.15m/s2 at vertical direction.
7) Installation environment: No obvious and heavy pollution, no explosive and corrosive gas and dust, with good air ventilation and no severe vibration and shock.
