1.Overview
XGN type unit, modular sulfur hexafluoride AC or vacuum circuit breaker metal closed ring network switchgear, is a new generation of sulfur hexafluoride or vacuum circuit breaker switch as the main switch and the whole cabinet is air-insulated, compact and expandable metal-enclosed switchgear, with simple structure, flexible operation, reliable interlocking device, easy installation and other characteristics, for a variety of different applications, different user requirements can provide satisfactory technical solutions.
It is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz, 10~35KV distribution automation power system, which is widely used in industrial and civil cable ring network and power supply end engineering; Especially suitable for the following places: special places with automatic switching of dual power supply, power distribution in urban residential areas, small secondary substations, opening and closing stations, industrial and mining enterprises, shopping malls, airports, subways, wind power plants, hospitals, stadiums, railways, tunnels, etc.. It is used to open and close load current, fault current, control and protection lines and distribution transformers.

2) Ambient temperature: Maximum +45ºC, Minimum -30ºC.
3) Relative humidity: ≤90% (+25 ºC).
4) Max Ground ramp degree: ≤3°.
5) Seismic level: ≤0.3m/s2 at horizontal direction and ≤0.15m/s2 at vertical direction.
6) Installation environment: No obvious and heavy pollution, no explosive and corrosive gas and dust, with good air ventilation and no severe vibration and shock.

3. Product advantages
1) This product adopts high performance sulfur hexafluoride load switch with SF6 insulating gas and touchable shielded silicone rubber cable connector, which has strong breaking ability of active load and no-load cable current and short-circuit current closing ability;
2) It can be equipped with lightning arrester and ground fault indicator according to user requirements. Each ring connection line in the branch box can be equipped with a load switch or vacuum circuit breaker.
3) Any branch circuit can be freely withdrawn and put into operation, and other ring network loops are not affected. A circuit fuse can also be attached to the load switch.
4) When a branch circuit has a short circuit fault, the fuse on the branch circuit can quickly disconnect the fault circuit, and hit the derailer of the load switch to open it, and the fault circuit is isolated, so as to ensure the continuity of power supply of the non-faulty branch circuit.
5) The door panels and sealing plates around the switchgear are made of 2mm cold-rolled steel plates, which are strong and durable. The cabinet protection level reaches IP3X.
