1. Scope of application
High Efficiency EnergySaving Dry Type Rectifier Transformer is a power transformer designed for rectification system. Its core task is to convert AC power into DC power, and provide stable power support for industrial DC power supply system by optimizing voltage matching and harmonic suppression. As the core component of the rectifier, it is widely used in electrolysis, electroplating, new energy hydrogen production, new energy storage, rail transit, communication base stations and other scenarios that require stable DC power supply. More than 90% of industrial DC power supplies need to be converted through rectifier transformers and rectifier equipment.

1) Altitude: ≤1000 meters.
2) Ambient temperature: Maximum +40oC, Minimum -40oC.
3) Max outdoor wind speed: ≤45m/s.
4) Max Ground ramp degree: ≤3°.
5) Seismic level: ≤3m/s2 at horizontal direction and ≤1.5m/s2 at vertical direction.
6) Installation environment: No obvious and heavy pollution, no explosive and corrosive gas and dust, with good air ventilation and no severe vibration and shock.

4. Product advantages
1) The short-circuit current resistance is up to 150kA/2s, which can cope with frequent start-stop and high current shocks in scenarios such as electrolysis and electroplating.
2) Adopting 24-pulse or higher-order rectifier system, the harmonic suppression rate can reach more than 95%, significantly reducing power loss.
